1 1/2 Cups (375 ml) broccoli, cut into flowerets, cooked
 
1 Cup (250 ml) bechamel sauce
 
1/4 Cup (60 ml) grated Cheddar cheese
 
4 tsp (20 ml) Dijon mustard
 
Breadcrumbs
 
2 tbsp (30 ml) melted butter

Directions

–  Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
–  In an au gratin dish, arrange broccoli flowerets and set aside.
–  Prepare bechamel sauce. Add mustard and half the cheese and pour mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with other half of cheese and breadcrumbs, then coat with melted butter.
–  Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until top becomes slightly golden.
