Ingredients

 Broccoli1 Pound, frozen
 Butter2 Ounce
 1 onion, skinned and finely chopped
 1 clove garlic, skinned and crushed with a little salt
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Lemon juice1/2 Teaspoon
 Blanched almonds1 1/2 Ounce, shredded
 Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan boil salted water and cook broccoli till tender.
2) Drain and place in a warm serving dish.
3) In a pan melt butter and saute onion and garlic till done.
4) Sprinkle salt, pepper and lemon juice.
5) Spread onion and butter over the broccoli and sprinkle almonds on top.

SERVING
6) Serve with roasted meat, grilled mackerel or trout.
