Broccoli Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. frozen broccoli lettuce or watercress | ||
| 4 tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped | ||
| Salad oil | 3 Tablespoon (For dressing) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon (For dressing) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste (For dressing) | |
| Pinch dry mustard | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan boil salted water and cook broccoli till done.
2) In a bowl whick dressing ingredients.
3) Drain broccoli and pour the dressing on top when still hot.
4) Keep aside and cool.
SERVING
5) Serve on a bed of lettuce or watercress. Scatter chopped tomatoes on top. Serve with cold meats.
