Broccoli Tarragon Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli flowerets | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dried tarragon | 1/4 Teaspoon, crumbled |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Cook, covered, until broccoli is tender but still bright green.
Puree in blender.
Chill before serving.
