Broccoli Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 6 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder - 3 tablespoon (or to taste)) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING
1. To prepare the broccoli cut off coarse stems, peel, steam until tender and keep aside.
2. In saucepan melt butter, gently saute onion, then stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
3. Adding hot stock, stir until boiling.
4. In a blender puree, add to hot stock and add seasoning.
SERVING
5. Serve hot or cold optionally adding cream.
