Broccoli Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 Bunch (100gm), frozen | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup condensed cream of celery soup | ||
| Eggs | 6 , beaten | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
If fresh broccoli is used, cut up into small pieces.
Defrost frozen broccoli if used.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into a 6-cup casserole.
Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake in a 300° oven for 45 minutes.
