Broccoli Salad Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli florets | 10 Cup (16 tbs), pounded | |
| Seedless grapes | 6 Cup (16 tbs), pounded | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 6 , sliced | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Slivered almonds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
Directions
In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, grapes, celery and onions.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, gently stir in bacon and almonds.
