Healthy Broccoli and Bacon Salad Recipe Video

Broccoli salad, it is one of the most healthy salads we have. Broccoli helps to reduce weight, which makes it good for the weight watchers. The mayonnaise based dressing is also low fat making it much healthier.

Ingredients

 
4 c broccoli florets
 
1/4 tsp salt and pepper each
 
1/2 c raisins
 
1/2 c sliced seedless grapes
 
1/4 c diced scallions
 
1/4 c mayonnaise
 
1/4 c plain yogurt
 
2 tbsp balsamic or rice vinegar
 
2 tbsp splenda (or any other sugar substitute)
 
5-6 slices of cooked bacon
 
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions

1. Mix broccoli, salt, pepper, grapes and raisins.
2. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, splenda, vinegar.
3. Pour it over the salad and mix well.
4. Spread some bacon and let it sit in refrigerator for 2 hours.
5. Top the salad with walnuts while serving.
