Healthy Broccoli Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar | ||
| Celery seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Broccoli florets | 2 Cup (16 tbs), blanched | |
| Cauliflower florets | 1 Cup (16 tbs), blanched | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Raisins | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 ounce shelled peanuts | ||
Directions
1. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, and celery seeds; mix well and set aside.
