Ingredients

 Fresh broccoli - 2 bunches, divided into bite-size flowerets
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cheese1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Bacon Slices12 , crumbled
 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 White sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar4 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, toss fresh broccoli, onion, bacon and cheese.
2. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.

FINALISING
4. Chill the salad in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

SERVING
5. Serve cold.
