Broccoli Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 2 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Radishes | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| 2 to 3 cooked eggs | ||
| 4 to 5 whole olives | ||
| Small amount of chicory | ||
| French dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Wash broccoli and separate stalks.
If one stalk is too big, divide into pieces.
Wrap undrained broccoli so stalks do not overlap, and cook 4 minutes.
Unwrap broccoli and place under running water to keep color and to remove harshness.
Drain and toss broccoli with a small amount of French dressing.
Chill.
Place broccoli in the center of a plate, garnished with sliced boiled eggs, decoratively cut radishes,
