|Broccoli||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Sweet red pepper||3 Tablespoon, chopped|

Beat eggs slightly.
Make a paste with flour and a small amount of water.
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix.
Add mixture to a greased 1 quart ring mold.
Place mold in a pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees, for 45 minutes or until firm.
Turn mold out on plate and garnish with parsley and cherry tomatos; center of the ring may be filled with drained com (mixed with butter) or any vegetable desired.
Pimentos may be substituted for red pepper.
