Ingredients

 Broccoli package1 , chopped (Filling:)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:)
 1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
 Eggs2 , beaten (Filling:)
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon (Filling:)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Filling:)
 Hot cooked rice1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Crust:)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Crust:)
 Egg1 , beaten (Crust:)

Directions

Unwrap broccoli and place in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until-defrosted, stirring after half the time to break apart.
Drain.
In medium mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients.
Mix well.
Set aside.
In small mixing bowl, combine rice, cheese and egg.
Mix well.
Spread over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
Spoon filling into crust.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 9 1/2 to 13 minutes, or until center of filling is set.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cut into wedges.
