|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Using Uncle Ben'S Long Grained Variety)|
|Cheez whiz||49 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chopped frozen broccoli||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Diced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|

Cook broccoli as directed.
Saute celery and onion in margarine.
Mix other ingredients with rice and broccoli.
Pour in large greased baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Note: To make this a main dish, add 3 c.chopped ham, chicken or 2 well drained 6 1/2 oz.cans of Tuna.
This would serve 12.
May be prepared ahead, may be frozen, or good when reheated.
