Broccoli & Red Pepper Saute Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil | ||
| 4 cups small broccoli florets | ||
| Red bell pepper | 1 Large, cut into thin strips | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 1 envelope Golden Herb with Lemon Soup Mix | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sliced almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
Directions
In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook broccoli, red pepper, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add Golden Herb with Lemon Soup Mix with water. Simmer covered 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Sprinkle with almonds.
