Broccoli-Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Small, peeled | |
| Margarine | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Cup Skim Milk | ||
| 1 10-Ounce Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli 1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese | ||
Directions
1. Cook, drain, and mash potatoes with margarine, salt, and milk.
2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
3. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes.
4. Put in casserole sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
