Ingredients

 1 tsp. diy yeast
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon (For base)
 Warm water3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For base)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (For base)
 Oil1 Tablespoon (For base)
 Flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For base)
 Broccoli heads1 Cup (16 tbs) (For topping)
 Mushrooms2 Tablespoon, chopped (For topping)
 7-8 whole mushrooms
 Tomato1 (For topping)
 Tomato Paste2 Tablespoon (For topping)
 Butter1 Tablespoon (For topping)
 Cheese2 Tablespoon, grated (For topping)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (For topping)
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon (For topping)

Directions

Take warm water in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle sugar and yeast over it and keep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Put flour, oil and salt to water and knead to a soft dough with hands.
Cover the dough with damp cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour and roll it out into a 30 cm round base.
Put it in a baking dish and prick with fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove from the baking dish and cool the pizza.
Chop the broccoli heads into small pieces and keep in hot salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Boil the chopped mushrooms in salted water for 10 minutes and drain.
Smear butter on the pizza base and pour tomato paste over it.
Put boiled mushrooms and broccoli over it.
Decorate with halved mushrooms and tomato wedges, sprinkle salt, pepper and spread cheese at the top.
Bake in a preheated oven a 220°C for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
