Broccoli Oriental Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 pound | |
| 1/2 cup unseasoned rice vinegar or 1/4 cup each cider vinegar and water | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Prepare broccoli; cut off stalks and reserve for another use.
Steam flowerets just until tender when pierced (5 to 8 minutes).
Turn into a bowl.
Stir together vinegar, sugar, and soy; pour over warm broccoli and mix well.
Drain immediately and serve.
