1 Broccoli
1Onion
1/2 litre Greek Yogurt
Black pepper
Black salt
Brown cumin
Salt
Directions
Cut the broccoli and blanch it in hot salted boiling water for half a minute.
Then you can put them in the running cold water for few minutes and take them out.
Take a bowl and put 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp cumin, pinch of salt, 1/2tsp black salt and mix them.
Add the chopped onions and pour the yogurt. Mix them properly.
Transfer the mixture into another bowl and dip all the broccoli into it.
Your broccoli gob stopper is ready to eat.
