In 2-cup glass measure, combine hollandaise sauce mix and ingredients according to package directions; heat 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring once.
In glass pie plate, arrange broccoli in spoke fashion, flowerets towards center (trim stems if necessary); top with eggs and cheese.
Pour sauce over cheese and top with bread crumbs blended with butter and paprika.
Heat, covered, 4 1/2 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
