Broccoli Egg Divine Recipe

Ingredients
1 package (1 1/4 oz.) hollandaise sauce mix Ingredients as sauce mix package directs
1 pound fresh broccoli spears, cooked
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 slices Swiss cheese, cubed
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Paprika
Directions
Combine hollandaise sauce mix and ingredients according to package directions in 2-cup glass measure.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir once.
In 9-inch pie plate, arrange broccoli in spoke fashion, flowerets toward center (trim stems if necessary); top with eggs and cheese.
Pour sauce over cheese and top with bread crumbs blended with butter and paprika.
Cook, covered with plastic wrap at HIGH 4 1/2 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
