Broccoli Divan With Fresh Crab and Roasted Filberts Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Filberts | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Crab meat | 12 Ounce, cooked | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
MAKING
2. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil, ad the cleaned and trimmer broccoli and cook till just tender; drain and add to a heat proof baking dish
3. In a small saucepan, add a tablespoon of butter and saute filberts in it till just aboput to turn brown; set aside
4. In another saucepan, melt the rest of the butter over medium flame; add in flour and stir till blended
5. Add the milk slowly and stir till the sauce is smooth; add salt, pepper and lemon juice and fold crab meat and broccoli into it
6. Sprinkle filberts and grater cheese on top and bake for fifteen minutes

7. Serve as appropriate
