Broccoli Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli - 1 packet of 10 ounce, frozen, chopped | ||
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fat | 99 Ounce | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add 1 1/2 cups of water and boil the broccoli till tender and cooked.
2) Stir in the cream of chicken soup, milk and season with cayenne pepper.
3) Cook till one boil.
SERVING
4) Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over hot broccoli chicken soup.
