Broccoli Cheese Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 10 Ounce, chopped | |
| Butter substitute granules - 1 tablespoon | ||
| Egg substitutes | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Light cheddar cheese - 8 ounces | ||
| Fat free cheddar cheese - 8 ounces | ||
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Use cooking spray in a 13" x 9" pan.
2) Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
MAKING
3) Thaw the broccoli, squeezing all excess moisture.
4) In a pan, add all the ingredients and mix well.
5) Place in oven for 35 minutes, till lightly browned.
6) Allow to slightly cool.
SERVING
7) Cut into squares and serve hot or at room temperature.
