Broccoli Cheese Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli | ||
| Melted butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 lb. large-curd cottage cheese | ||
| Eggs | 6 , separated | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Pound, cubed | |
| Flour | 6 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Stir flour into melted butter.
Add beaten egg yolks, broccoli and cottage cheese.
Beat egg whites firm but not stiff.
Fold egg whites and cheddar cheese into broccoli mixture.
Bake in a 2-quart casserole at 350° for 1 hour.
