Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef broth | 10 Ounce | |
| Heavy cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt, if needed, to taste | ||
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley minced | |
| Broccoli florets | 2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1 Tbsp minced parsley or dill, as garnish (optional) | ||
Directions
1. Add broth, celery, cream, wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt & pepper to a soup kettle. Bring to a boil.
2. Add broccoli (make sure that broccoli is cut into bite sized pieces), then lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until broccoli is beginning to become tender.
3. When broccoli is just about done to proper tenderness, slowly add grated cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until each bit is completely blended into soup.
4. Before serving, garnish with a sprinkle of parsley or fresh dill.
