Broccoli Brochettes Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 cup broccoli florets
 
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
 
2 tbsp soy sauce
 
3 tbsp butter
 
1 garlic clove, chopped
 
1/2 tsp chervil, chopped
 
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Thread broccoli florets onto long wooden toothpicks or small skewers.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil chicken broth and soy sauce.
Over low heat, cook brochettes in broth 4 minutes or so.
Meanwhile, in a small frying pan, melt butter.
Add garlic and chervil.
Bring to a froth.
Pour in lemon juice.
Remove from heat.
