Broccoli And Pasta Recipe
Broccoli and pasta is a shell macaroni recipe made with vegetables. Flavored with anchovy paste, fresh parsley and onions, the broccoli pasta makes a simple and easy meal that is good to tuck into. Serve with grated parmesan and enjoy!
Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 cup cooked small shell macaroni
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
Heat Oil in medium skillet.
Add onion, parsley, anchovy paste (optional) and garlic.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes, or until onion is tender.
Stir in broccoli, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until heated through.
Remove from heat.
Stir in macaroni.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
