Broccoli and Cheese Rice Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| 1/4 cup each minced onion and diced red bell pepper | ||
| 2 cups raw precooked long grain rice | ||
| Water | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Broccoli with Cheddar and Onion Condensed Soup | ||
| Minced parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In medium saucepan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, saute onion and pepper until tender.
Stir in rice.
Add water, soup, parsley and salt; mix well.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Cover and cook 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
