Broadway Rice Fry Recipe
Using Arborio rice, vegetables and peanuts, this Broadway Rice Fry is great. This Broadway Rice Fry dish goes well at anytime of the day for any meal. Prepare it!
Ingredients
| Toasted sesame oil | 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup) | |
| Brown sugar | 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon) | |
| Soy sauce | 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), minced | |
| Unsalted peanuts | 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup) | |
| Cooked arborio rice | 720 Milliliter (3 Cups) | |
| Green peas | 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup) | |
| Cooked black beans | 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup) | |
| Green onions | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Carrots | 2 , shredded | |
| Crushed red pepper | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Combine the toasted sesame oil, brown sugar and soy sauce in a skillet or wok and stir until homogenous.
Add the minced garlic and peanuts.
Saute on medium heat until the brown sugar has melted.
Take care not to scorch the sugar.
Add cooked rice.
Stir mixture until each kernel is coated with the sauce.
Add peas, black beans, green onions and shredded carrots to rice and heat throughout.
Add crushed red pepper and mix throughout the rice before serving.
