 Brown sugar30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
 Soy sauce30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), minced
 Unsalted peanuts120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
 Cooked arborio rice720 Milliliter (3 Cups)
 Green peas120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
 Cooked black beans120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
 Green onions2 , thinly sliced
 Carrots2 , shredded
 Crushed red pepper1 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine the toasted sesame oil, brown sugar and soy sauce in a skillet or wok and stir until homogenous.
Add the minced garlic and peanuts.
Saute on medium heat until the brown sugar has melted.
Take care not to scorch the sugar.
Add cooked rice.
Stir mixture until each kernel is coated with the sauce.
Add peas, black beans, green onions and shredded carrots to rice and heat throughout.
Add crushed red pepper and mix throughout the rice before serving.
