Brisket In A Basket Recipe
Ingredients
| Brisket steaks - 4 | ||
| Whole new potatoes - can, drained | ||
| Blue Lake string beans - 1 can, drained | ||
| Carrots | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Onion | 1/2 | |
| Beef bouillon cubes - 2, crushed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Line the bottom of a casserole with lid, with meat, empty the vegetables into it and spread al over the bottom
2. Add onion and sprinkle crushed bouillon cubes on top; add water, cover and bake at 300°F for three hours
SERVING
3. Serve hot
