Crock Pot Brisket Recipe Video

MAKING
1 Sprinkle the brisket with vinegar, salt and pepper.
2 Spray the pan with some cooking spray and heat.
3 Place the brisket on the prepared pan and let cook.
4 Turn and cook on the other side.
5 Meanwhile. in a crock pot/slow cooker, heat some coconut oil.
6 Add the ginger and garlic, saute.
7 Add the pimiento, thyme and pepper.
8 Add in the soy sauce and vinegar, cook stirring.
9 Put the carrots in as shown in the video and let cook.
10 Chop the onion and add to the pot.
11 Transfer the beef brisket to the pan.
12 Add some hot water in the pan in which beef was cooked, and pour the liquid on the carrots as shown in the video.
13 Add the mushrooms and remaining onion to the crock pot.
14 Pour in some hot water.
15 Cover and let cook at 250 degrees F for about 3 hours.
16 Check every 30 minutes to make sure that nothing sticks to the sides.
SERVING
17 Serve hot along with the gravy remaining in the crock pot (optional)
