 Beef brisket7 pound
 Garlic salt1 To taste
 Onion salt
 Celery salt1 To taste
 Liquid smoke1/2 Bottle (1l)
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Bottle (1l)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Line baking pan with enough aluminum foil to cover and seal the brisket.
Put fat side down and sprinkle garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt generously over all of the brisket.
Add liquid smoke, cover with the foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, again sprinkling over all of the brisket.
Bake at 275° for 5-6 hours.
Take out of oven and let cool before slicing.
