Brinjal Methi And Aloo Sabzi Recipe
Ingredients
Brinjal-3 chop and put inside water
Aloo-2 big chop and put inside water
Methi leaves-1cup wash and chop finely
Ginger and Garlic paste-1tsp
Onion-1 finely chopped
Tomato-1 finely chopped
salt to taste
water as required
sambar pd-1tsp
Oil-1tsp
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Directions
In a pan add oil,when it is hot add mustard seeds.
When it starts to splutter add onion and fry till golden brown.
Then add methi leaves,ginger and garlic paste and fry till it turns soft.
Now add brinjal,aloo,tomato,water and allow themto cook and tomato become mashy.
Then add sambar pd,salt and adjust the salt.
When it is ready serve with hot chapati,nan,rice.............
