Directions

MAKING
1)Make small pieces of the brinjal.
2)Heat oil and deep fry brinjla until half done.
3)Mix together sesame seeds, vinegar and salt in water. Now add in sugar and brinjal.

SERVING
4)Serve nimono hot or cold.
