Directions

Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
Broil cheese with top 3 to 4 inches from heat until soft and warm, about .2 1/2 minutes.
Heat margarine until melted; stir in almonds and brandy.
Pour over cheese.
Garnish with snipped parsley if desired.
Serve with crackers.
Microwave Directions: Microwave cheese uncovered on medium (50%) just until soft and warm, 2 to 3 minutes.
Microwave margarine uncovered on high (100%) until melted, about 1 minute; stir in almonds and brandy.
Pour over cheese.
Garnish with snipped parsley if desired.
