Place pineapple slice on 1 white slice.
Moisten chicken with desired amount of mayonnaise; spread chicken mixture over 1 whole wheat slice.
Place spread whole wheat slice over pineapple.
Spread remaining whole wheat slice with cheese spread; place over chicken mixture.
Top with remaining white bread slice.
Combine cream cheese and enough cream to make of spreading consistency.
Frost sandwich with cream cheese mixture.
Garnish with stuffed olive or spring of parsley.
