Bride S Roast Lamb Recipe
Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Shank half of a leg of lamb
Directions
Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, garlic powder and lemon juice together, and spread over surface of lamb.
Roast lamb on a rack at 325°-350° to desired doneness, approximately 25 minutes per pound for medium well.
