Recipe Story
So many things to do with a bagel - so little time... It sounded good one day while strolling the market. I wrote it down and here's the outcome. It was good - very good. It's not an every day or even week breakfast due to it not being so healthy but it's one for the books and I'll be having it again.

I am sure it is very good, just a lot to eat for one person. I can barely eat 1/2 bagel and rarely would consider it as they are so heavy.
Good sausage I love but not for breakfast.
That's just a lot to eat not mentioning the fat grams.
Give me idli and sambhar which are my favourite breakfast choice for sure. Spicy and savoury-yum.

Looking again I can see where you get that but if you look closely - notice the 4 sausage patties are just bigger than a square of American cheese! The bagels are pretty normal size and very good!

LOL Well it is a lot of food. For those of us who drink coffee and maybe have some fruit in the morning it looks like a whole lot of food for one person. Maybe it is the camera angle but it looks like enormous bagels!

1 bagel 2 slices of cheese and 4 mini sausage patties enough for a family of 5? Must be a not so hungry family of 5... lol

I bet that would take this to a new level! Will try that next time.

Try this one with some nice peppery arugula! It would work well with the spicy sausage.

I've learned that it's very important to use a tripod! I played around with it a bit today and it helps greatly...

The stop motion was done on a whim. I've never really done one before. I've gotten some pointers and might try a full show using the technique sometime...
