Breakfast Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons chopped dates
2 tablespoons skim milk
8 slices very thinly sliced whole wheat bread, toasted
1 medium banana
Directions
Combine crunchy peanut butter, wheat germ, chopped dares, and milk in a small bowl, mixing until well blended.
Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter mixture on 4 slices whole wheat toast.
Peel and thinly slice banana.
Arrange banana slices equally on top of peanut butter mixture.
Top with remaining 4 toast slices, and serve.
