Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 (8-count) can crescent rolls
1 cup thawed frozen hash brown potatoes
4 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Place in an ungreased 11 inch pizza pan, covering the bottom and up the side of the pan, pinching the seams to seal.
Sprinkle the sausage, potatoes and Cheddar cheese over the dough.
Combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl and beat until well mixed.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until light brown and bubbly and crust is baked through.
