Breakfast Casserole Recipe
This Breakfast Casserole has become a hit my with my family, I can guarantee that it will be the same with your family too. It is an ideal Breakfast. Try it and feel free to pitch in suggested improvements or variations.
Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs
4 ounces canned shrimp
4 ounces salami
1 red pepper
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt to taste
White pepper to. taste
2 1/2 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
Peel eggs; cut into slices.
Drain shrimp.
Cut salami into thin slices.
Cube red pepper.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in ovenproof dish.
Arrange egg slices, shrimp, salami slices, and pepper cubes attractively in dish.
Blend cream with mustard; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour over egg mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
Dot with remaining butter.
Bake in preheated 400°F toaster oven 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve immediately
