Ingredients
| Ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Bell pepper | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Chives | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour tortilla | 1 | |
| Cheddar cheese | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Heat a skillet on medium heat and saute ham. In a bowl, crack eggs and whisk them and add to the pan with ham. Add onion, bell pepper, pepper, chives to the pan and scramble it. Microwave a flour tortilla. Add some cheddar cheese to the egg mix and remove immediately. Place the egg on a tortilla and wrap it and slice it. Serve the breakfast wrap with tomatoes and chives.
