Ingredients

 Pear Relish
 3 firm, ripe pears, cored, chopped
 Lime juice3 Tablespoon, squeezed
 Mandarin oranges1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Red onion1 Small, chopped
 Celery stalks3 , minced
 Orange zest2 Teaspoon, minced
 1 tablespoon minced mint
 Pepper flakes1/8 Teaspoon
 6 slices prepared break fast sausages, cut 1/2 inch thick

Directions

Place pears in a bowl and toss with lime juice.
Add oranges, red onion, celery, orange zest, mint, and hot-pepper flakes.
Toss ingredients lightly.
Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Pear relish can be made the day before serving.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Grill sausage slices over medium-high heat until done, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side.
Sausage will be crisp, firm on the outside, and cooked through on the inside.
Turn sausage once while grilling.
Remove sausage to serving plate.
Put pear relish on side of plate and serve with Blueberry Breakfast Bread
