1. In a mixing bowl, beat together egg, half and half and black pepper. Set aside.
2. Grease an 8 inch shallow pan with cooking spray and heat on medium flame.
3. Pour in the egg mixture and top with Italian sausage, onion, green bell pepper, mushroom, mozzarella and pepperoni. Cover the pan with lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Serve Breakfast Pizza with fresh fruit juice.
