Ingredients

 Tea biscuit mix 2 1/4 cups
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Eggs10 Small
 Milk or water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Pizza or spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup
 Mozzarella cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Bacon pieces (partly cooked), ham, hot or plain sausage (cooked)
 Sliced fresh mushrooms
 Sliced tomato

Directions

Mix tea biscuit mix and milk together to make a soft dough.
Pat onto greased 12 inch (30 cm) pizza pan.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 15 minutes to partially cook.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Add eggs, water, salt and pepper.
Beat lightly with spoon to mix.
Stir until cooked.
Remove from heat.
Spread pizza sauce over crust in pan.
Cover with scrambled eggs.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Add any other toppings you prefer.
Return to oven.
Continue to bake for about 15 minutes or until topping is sizzling hot.
