Breakfast Hash Recipe
Breakfast Hash is my family's first choice when we go for picnics and have to pack our bags. The Breakfast Hash recipe is a simple one and the aroma is simply mmm.

| Chopped | 1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared | |
| 1 large potato, boiled, peeled and cut into small slices | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), pureed | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Heat oil in skillet, add all ingredients, cover and saute until crisp and brown, then turn over and saute other side.
