Breakfast Hash Recipe

Breakfast Hash is my family's first choice when we go for picnics and have to pack our bags. The Breakfast Hash recipe is a simple one and the aroma is simply mmm.

Ingredients

 
1-2 tbs (15-30 ml) olive oil
 
1 cup (240 ml) Not-So-Sausage, prepared and chopped
 
1 large potato, boiled, peeled and cut into small slices
 
1 large onion, chopped
 
1 clove garlic, diced or pureed
 
1/8 tsp (.5 ml) black pepper
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt

Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add all ingredients, cover and saute until crisp and brown, then turn over and saute other side.
