Breakfast Casserole Recipe
My longing for Breakfast Casserole strengthened during high school days. The Breakfast Casserole is made with Meat Meatloaf which can be easily found at any grocery store. It is the answer when you look for a tasty Breakfast. Caring is all about sharing and I can show how much I care for you by sharing this Breakfast Casserole recipe.
Ingredients
1 ib. pork sausage
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green chiles
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c.milk
6 to 8 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices whole bread, cubed
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Fry and crumble sausage; drain, saving 3 teaspoons fat to saute onions, celery, pepper and chiles.
In a large bowl, mix sauteed ingredients with sausage; add remainder of ingredients.
Place into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
