Breakfast Blizzard Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| Banana | 1/2 Medium, sliced | |
| 1/4 cup apple or orange juice | ||
| 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese | ||
| Ice cubes | 2 | |
| Wheat germ | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated sugar substitute to equal 1 teaspoon sugar | ||
Directions
In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth, about 45 seconds. Pour into 12-ounce glass.
