Breaded Veal Chops Recipe

 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 4 veal chops, boned
 Egg1 , beaten
 Fine bread crumbs
 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, minced
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Combine salt, pepper and flour; dredge veal chops.
Dip chops into egg; roll in bread crumbs.
Cook slowly in oil until golden brown on both sides.
Re- move chops to hot platter.
Add cream, parsley and onion to browned bits in pan; blend thoroughly.
Simmer until heated through; serve with veal.
